SERE 2022 will offset estimated carbon emitted by travelling Conference participants by supporting the plantation of native palms in Orihuela's palm grove (southern Alicante) in a partnership with the local environmental NGO ANSE.

During the Conference sessions days (6th, 7th and 9th September) the organization will provide babysitting service on the conference venue (University of Alicante). If you wish to benefit from this service, please select the corresponding field on your personal area.

The fee includes bus tour, accommodation, breakfast, daily lunch or lunch packages, daily dinner or dinner packages, guiding, demonstrations, presentations, and visiting attractions mentioned in the programme.

If you require an invoice in the name of a Company or Institution, please complete the billing information in the "My data" menu in your personal area. You can download the invoice within 4-6 days in your personal area.

CREDIT CARD

Online payment must be made at the end of the registration process. To ensure that transactions are made securely and to avoid any possible fraudulent use of the card, the system will request authentication codes for the card, provided by your bank to operate on the internet.

BANK TRANSFER

Bank details are available in your personal area. 

A copy of the bank transfer should be sent by e-mail to admin@sere2022.org, including the reference ‘SERE2022 and the name of the attendee. After the payment is verified, your online registration will be acknowledged and the ‘paid’ status will appear in your personal area.

Refunds will apply in a case of cancellation.

Cancellations received before July 25, 2022, will have a penalty of 30% for administration fees, after this date the penalty will be 100% of the expenses. All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat.
